Nassau County Senior Discounts Program

This initiative aims to provide cost-saving opportunities for the 300,000 Nassau residents aged 60 and above. With the county being home to approximately 45,000 small businesses, the program also seeks to enhance visibility and attract new customers for these enterprises, as per a statement from the comptroller’s office.

The initial phase of the program invites businesses in Nassau to register and participate. Once a sufficiently diverse list, in terms of geographic locations and business types, is compiled, the roster of participating businesses will be published online and in print, available at senior centers, events, and county offices.
